No World War 2 players?

Is it just me or is there nobody flying the ww2 servers/maps? 

I get tired of all the computers on jets and like to get to down and dirty up personal dogfighting. But I NEVER see anyone playing those servers. 

Am I missing something or what?

this game isn't fornite. but there are a few servers running ww2 w/ players.  Grim Reapers server would be a ez goto for some pvp/pve.  im using open beta also; you did not mention what dcs ver you were trying to play MP on.  There will be limited number of servers if not using Open beta.

in the open beta flying more than enough WW2 in recent years months, the numbers have even increased considerably.

Make sure you are on Open Beta and Normandy+Asset Pack are installed.

I fly quite often on the Clash of Wings server. Less crowded than SoW and a greater variety of planes to choose from. Depending on the time of day, there are usually 3-4 other people (sometimes more) on that server and a bunch of AI.

By the way, another alternative is MiG-15 vs. F-86 on the Korea1952 server. It's jets, but no computers, only guns only and a lot of fun. From what I've seen, most people use that server between 4pm and 7pm EST. I've flown on it a couple of times and it's a lot of fun - some good players on both sides to keep you on your toes.

The Storm of War WW2 server is regularly the most populated server in all DCS, jets servers included.
Many hundreds of players in the player base.

+1 for sow , it's the dogs danglies for ww2 in dcs .
