Q3ark Posted July 2, 2021 Posted July 2, 2021 The ADI cages by itself once you shutdown, I noticed it after a flight yesterday, it spun down wobbled a bit then the caged flag came out.

sLYFa Posted July 2, 2021 Posted July 2, 2021 It doesnt cage itself, you can see it wobble around a lot if you put power back on after shuting down. ADI cage works in the RIO pit though i5-8600k @4.9Ghz, 2080ti , 32GB@2666Mhz, 512GB SSD

Q3ark Posted July 3, 2021 Posted July 3, 2021 (edited) The ADI in the pilots cockpit cages as soon as you turn off electrical power. Try it, get the ground crew to connect you to ground power, un-cage the ADI then get them to disconnect the ground power, it’ll then cage itself Edited July 3, 2021 by Q3ark

OFF flag appears either if caged, or if there is no electrical power to it, which is your case. After its spun up (about 2 min I think) it should hold reliable attitude indication for about 9min after loss of electrical power. And indeed I cant get it caged either, which should be possible at any time, so its either bug or wip. Hopefully it will get implemented.
