Nealius Posted July 2, 2021 Posted July 2, 2021 The effect is worse in VR. Visibility when the sun is directly opposite the inside of the glass is extremely poor.
Walshtimothy Posted July 18, 2021 Posted July 18, 2021 Yes it does appear a bit milky as well , much more than other planes walshtimothyWW2 virtual flier - currently playing on 4ya ww2 - youtube channel here https://www.ww2adinfinitum.blog - https://projectoverlord.co.uk/
ED Team NineLine Posted July 22, 2021 ED Team Posted July 22, 2021 Hmmm, I don't feel its that bad considering you are looking in the direction of the sun. I have tested in VR and 2D. 1 Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**
Rogue Trooper Posted July 22, 2021 Posted July 22, 2021 (edited) looks good to me in VR. I can look through it some how, perhaps because I have stereoscopic vision in VR and my focus is behind the glare. It is difficult getting used to sims based on real world. The amount of times I had to change my attack position because of glare in the hud... I love it. IRL I sometimes had to put on sunglasses the glare was sooo bad. Edited July 22, 2021 by Rogue Trooper HP G2 Reverb (Needs upgrading), Windows 10 VR settings: IPD is 64.5mm, High image quality, G2 reset to 60Hz refresh rate. set to OpenXR, but Open XR tool kit disabled.
