R-27ER Acts like an Active Radar Missile

I'm building this SP mission and was testing out the AI when I noticed the R-27ER was able to guide itself 20 seconds after the Su-33 had already been shot down. I do hope the track file is able to catch it (knowing full well it tends to be unreliable). I also have the ACMI file from my tacview that I was able to record that I'll also provide. I'll also include the mission file so it can be recreated the way I set it up if ever the track doesn't work.

I haven't been able test it thoroughly as I've only ran the mission twice and in both occasions the R-27ERs tracked after the destruction of the Su-33 that launched it. Not sure if this bug is exclusive to the Su-33 or the R-27ER or both.

Pretty sure that has been around for a long time. I've been shot down numerous time's by AI planes that have been hit with a missle and have no radar plane is on fire and they are still able to guide missles right into my face. AI just ignores physics and radar so likely he was still guiding the missle as he was exploded. Funny story i've actually had one eject from his exploded aircraft that took 120c right to the face and his ER missle hit me about 5 seconds later. No pilot no radar plane falling to the ground with no wings, nosecone, tail or anything but i'll be damned if he can't guide a missle.

HoJ maybe?
Did you have your ecm on?

They were equiped with ECM yes. I honestly didn't follow the wreckage of the plane as it was going down but I thought it was crazy how the ER was able to maintain guidance a full 20 seconds after the launching aircraft had already been destroyed. It's possible the launching aircraft's ECM was still active while it was going down though. However it would have surely hit the ocean by then

Was the AI also jamming and had an R-27ER?

I found out that the AI F-15Cs had their jammer on and the R-27ERs were guiding themselves in HOJ mode.
Yes, that was my suspicion.

Is it normal that the R-27 does not warn in the RWR? I've already been shot down three times this week without any warning and radar blockage.

Additional Information.

I am flying with the Hornet and at the time of the takedown my NDEs were on REC.

Were you brought down by an R-27T or R-27ET? The R-27T is the IR-guided R-27, the ET is the same but with extended range. That won't ever give you any launch warning.

AA-10 Alamo

As I understand it, a semi-active missile requires radar support until impact. At no time have I received a crash alert or launch alert.

There are 4 AA-10 variants in game lol. The AA-10A (R-27R) and AA-10C (R-27ER) are SARH, AA-10B (R-27T) and AA-10D (R-27ET) are IR

Im guessing it was either an ET, or a ER from the RWR blindspot

Or your ECM was on.   R-27Rs can guide on ECM passively.  It's not ideal but it can work.

Could also happen in cases when the launching platform is outside your RWR's limits.
