Getting rid of the Crew info square

It's a big turnoff in VR, totally pulling you out of the immersion. 
Is there a way to turn it off, mabye it only comes on for a few seconds when you change the AI ROE or something?

I can't remember what the default key is, but if you find the controls for the gunner ROE, there's a toggle for the display too.

I‘d wish it could be disabled by default.

In anyone knows a .lua line for it - please help me out.

I´m pretty sure it can be disabled by default. Whenever I hop into the Huey, I don´t have the crew info window.

Though I don´t know how I did that.

 

Edit: Just found it: You have to uncheck the "Show hints at mission start" option.

For the Huey I have it as a Joystick Bind the Keyboard Bind is under GUNNER AI LWIN + H to turn it on and off

Isn't it a setting within 'Special'? 'Missions tips at startup' or similar wording with a checkbox
