Mosquito won't allow unloading of fuel below 42%. If you try to load less than 42% it hangs for eternity and prevents the pilot from moving. The refuelling sound constantly loops

You can go lower than 42%, but you cannot unload more than 25% of the maximum fuel.

Sorry, can you explain that? Does that mean I'll have to unload 25 percent intervals?

You can unload 25% of the fuel. Example: You can unload fuel from 67% to 42%, or from 100% to 75%.

 

Unloading in intervall does not work if you are stationary (I haven't tried yet to interrupt the process by moving). So you can unload only once 25%, rest has to be burned by flying.
