Where do I put the files? There is two folders..Can I use Modman?

Bazar/Effects. I suggest you back up those two folders first, in case you prefer the old clouds. Why you would I can't imagine. ;)

Take a look at the bottom of post #29. She provided a link to the files there. As far as the vanilla LO is concerned, it should, though I haven't tried it myself.
