Saitek X52 Profiles

Is anybody have one good X52 (.dat) profile to this Great Sim?

I want make it, but I try speciment copy...

Yes, I know. But the new version don't work correctly.

I have 10 profile with the old editor, and I'm lazy to make a new profile...

Has Saitek pulled there finger out yet and released a final of the latest software? It seems to have been months since the beta.

Saitek was bought up by MadCatz last year; there is no new support coming, there is probably no file convertor coming...

 

On the upside, there will be more new sticks and keyboards, and also a cool looking aviator gaming headset on its way;

 

support for current sticks and such has fallen to the wayside im afraid!!

Huh?! I've only had my X-52Pro 5 months!!!

My mistake; They are still working on software and bugs [at a snail's pace] and there is one tech support admin over at their forum.... however, I've had my X52 for 1 year, and had one question answered out of like 10!!

Here is my current X52 (non pro) profile, with TIR. No modes yet, but some pinkie functions.

 

File is in .pr0 format with latest software.

Látom szerinted is egy rakat szar az új szoftver amit csináltak az x52-höz.

Qrvára nemértem, hogy miért kellett elbaszni meg azt sem, hogy miért nem úgy csinálták meg, hogy kompatibilis legyen a régi profilokkal.

Because the thread title is generally labelled X52 profiles, I attached my current one for the benefit of anyone that could use it. Not sure how to put it in PDF, but it is possible to open it in notepad.

Key combo ist the original one, exept the Laser, I mapped it LWin+O, 'cause the Saitek Software can't manage the Right Shift Key.

X52 and X52pro profiles

 

I just downloaded both of these profiles for my regular x52.

(1)Will the version for x52pro work on my regular x52?

(2)I note both of these files are in .pr0 file format, when I drop them into my sailtek software directory and try to load them into my stick the software only seems to read profiles in the .dat format, how do i get these .pr0 files working with my stick?

I did a quite special profile, example uncaging shkval and switching to cannon is on the actual same button, it's all a matter of timing. Another thing is tapping the pinkie zooms the shkval out, holding it down for 0.5 seconds zooms is out again and holding it down for 1 full second recenters it. Afterthat 1.5 seconds resets the target system. Quite handy once you get used to it, still losing some seconds anyway...

 

Ah and by the way it's made for TrackIR users.

Ive managed to remove a lot of the dolphin effect that follows Trim input by adding a small(value10) dead zone in the pitch axis via the ingame axis commands "axis tune".
