The clouds look beautiful during the daytime, but unfortunately, when the night comes, the situation becomes very bad. I hope this will be fixed soon.

What's your gamma setting at? Colours are tuned for gamma 2.2, and especially since 2.7 this is quite significant.

I think when the new clouds were released, one of the notes of the patch was that the team is aware they need to improve their look when the Sun is near the horizon (above or below)

 Wouldn't it be a little strange to describe this with track, Boss. set the  time to sunset or sunrise. I think Nineline also knew about it.
