fixed UI text misaligned

UI text often appears misaligned vertically. The effect sometimes looks more pronounced at different scales, but does appear to be present at all scales.

I've copied some screen captures and images and added some single pixel red lines to highlight the misalignment.

Interestingly, this new Voice Chat guide shows the same issue in its screenshots:

While this issue does not affect game play significantly, it is ugly and decreases text readability.

The issue has been around for years. I could not find it reported already in this forum with a quick search.

Rewrote issue, it's not reliant on GUI scale alone

I've spent two hours going through this on the official discord with Nineline and someone else. They didn't believe me even when I gave screenshots and claimed it was user error.

The misaligned text is particularly noticeable at a resolution of 4k (3840x2160) and an UI scaling of 1.5.

It's minor but still annoying issue.

DCS Font is using texture font instead of windows font format.

Texture XY coord is rounded up incorrectly when apply scale i assume

I've observed it also in Wag's latest video (F/A-18C Datalink Update) - watch the text "USA" in the linked position of the video for example:

This is now fixed internally. The fix will be part of DCS 2.9.
