fixed Unable to control aircraft in the latest beta

As a tactical commander or JTAC, only when playing as a game master. Is this intended behavior?

yeah i've been getting this bug too. 

In the tactical commander slot here, that arrow doesn't get me manual control anymore

Yep, no problem with ground vehicles, just aircraft. Game Master CAN control them.
