reported Ready Pre-Contact key bind not working

How to make it work?
I assigned key binds (tried keyboard and HOTAS), tried with open comms menu and without it. Just doesn't work.

Its works if you are already connected to the tanker LOL

My testing shows it works for FC3 aircraft, but not full fidelity.
