Doesn't happen to me, and didn't see anyone report this, so I guess its individual crash

If you have mods installed, remove them all and they try again.

Remove all the mods you have and try ones again. And also do the slow repair.

Can not reproduce here, 

as mentioned above try removing any unofficial mods ( if any ) and run a slow repair.
