fixed [FIXED] RWR tone test/adjustment in Radar detector warning panel fails

In the coldstart tutorial mission, after switching the RWR on the right side panel to on, the RWR seems to remain dead.

Neither of the two test switch positions do anything. Neither depressing, pulling nor turning the RAP+CME dial on the radio selector panel has any impact as well.
