Many good missions/campaigns would be possible right there. 

North Italy (Piacenza), Slowenia, HR, BiH, Serbia...

You could make a s*** ton of missions with existing modules Mig 21, 29, F16. Mi8....

I think this would satisfy me more than north Australia (still thinking about the sense of this)....

Australia map, will be looks like second Nevada. And i hardly can imaginge what kind of missions could be designed there(China? or maybe hunting some nasty insects?). Thumbs up for Balkan. KOLA Peninsula will be good i think.

At least it will be great just fly over Australia. Very few can do that in reality. Now it will be real, at least in a game.

A Balkan would be very nice, the terrain will be roughly similar to Caucasus,  but I assume with much more modern and better graphics. 

Having flown 5 Viggen missions down low on thr Caucasus then flying on Syria,  the visual quality difference is staggering. 

A south Eastern Europe with modern DCS graphics would be great.

Western Balkans had many conflicts from ww2 to modern days. Sadly there are still tensions there.

No wonder its nickname is Barrel of Gunpowder.

Would be great addition to DCS.
