This issue still persists. I got lucky (or unlucky) and got hit in just the right way due to reckless flying while messing about and got hit in just the right way. It even happened during singleplayer.

Also in the track is me not getting shot anymore by the LPD, or any other enemies after that hit occured. And the AI wingmen don't do what they're told to do either.

Here's the track. Or rather here would be the track if the track wasn't 5362kB and thus I can't upload it. I also can't upload split archives because apparently "file type not supported".

Would be great if I could upload the track here. But here you go. I'll probably delete it in a few months.

Yep I got this today, engine was dead inside the cockpit all the  indications in the ENG page were showing the engine as ''dead'' but in F2 view on the button bar there was 40 ish % of engine RPM preventing ground crew from repairing me.

I know it was reported before, but it was also reported to be fixed before. And I don't think anyone got a good track of it either yet. Also excuse my ridiculous flying. I was just messing about, really.

The engine starter was turned on while the engine itself was damaged, In my case is Engine 2. I pressed the fire extinguisher button for Engine 2. I don't know if is it the cause.

Hi,

please include a short track replay example.

Just RTBed with a single engine. After shutting down for repair, the ground crew refuses to accept the task because I should shut down my engines. Both are shut down, power levers are both to off. Still ground crew claims I have to shut down before they repair....

The mission has run for about 55 minutes. I guess you don't want the trackfile (53 MB) then?

I have this issue reported already thanks " RPM on engine remains at 45 even after shut down after engine damage "

So no need for track in this case. thank you

I would like everyone to remember this one. No track needed!

Sorry BN, couldn't resist.
