nickos86 Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 When trying to set a bingo above full internal fuel (for example - flying with 3 bags and I want to get notified after center or wings are empty) - the FUEL caution light up immediately. Only low fuel quantity BINGO is possible. Is it a bug or a feature? Thanks.
ED Team BIGNEWY Posted October 19, 2022 ED Team Posted October 19, 2022 Hi, if possible please include a short as possible track replay example so we can check it. As far as I am aware bingo fuel is the only option for total fuel state thank you Forum rules - DCS Crashing? nickos86 Posted October 19, 2022 Author Posted October 19, 2022 Missed this thread when searching for an answer before posting. Thanks! quote 1: Thank you all for reports! There is no error. When FUEL QTY SEL knob is in NORM position, BINGO is based on internal fuselage or total fuel, which is lower. Internal fuselage is always lower than 6100, approximately it equals 6070lbs. When FUEL QTY SEL knob is out of NORM position, BINGO is based on total fuel or 6667 lbs, which is lower. If you have different information, please, be so kind to provide it to us! quote 2: Yes, there is slight misunderstanding. BINGO depends on FUEL QTY SEL knob position. Bingo calculation takes into account two values - fuselage and total fuel. If the selector is in NORM, BINGO is set if any value is less than bingo value. As fuselage fuel can't be higher than 6070 lbs approximately, BINGO of 6100 will always be triggered. If the selector is in another position, fuselage fuel is set to 6667, according to available information. But the conditions for BINGO remain the same - if any value less than bingo value. So, if BINGO is set to values higher than 6667, it will always be triggered. I hope, this explanation helps a little!
