fixed Some Cockpit Lightings Dim after 2.8

For example, landing gear lights (Green / Red) is now very hard to see as it appears rather dim. Before 2.8, they show up very clearly under all environment lighting.

2. the ABRIS max brightness is way lower than before the patch

I can confirm that #3 is on purpose, given the new \Mods\aircraft\Ka-50\Cockpit\IndicationTextures\SHKVAL_MASK.bmp file.

And at night, the cockpit is ugly (labels are all whitish).
