Is it possible to make the DCS_updater.exe file not to start DCS.exe file after update is done?

The thing is that it always start the game in VR now when I have VR connected to PC. Which I personally don't want to.

It probably is, but I highly recommend Skatezilla's GUI Updater/Launcher. Then you can chose when to update, DCS will not start automatically and have a bunch of other features.

Cheers!

yes, it is.

e.g. "D:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\bin\DCS_updater.exe" update

in

"D:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\bin"

just checks for updates and does not start DCS after an update

Just checking if I got this: I create a new shortcut, and enter "" into Target textbox?

So it has to be:

right?

Not quite, I have as "target":

"D:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\bin\DCS_updater.exe" update

There is space in front of update

And for the working directory (I think in English it is called "start in:" I have

"D:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\bin"

edit: you are aware that you have to change the two D:\... to your path?

edit 2: I'm sorry that I can't give you a screenshot of mine caus I'm not at my PC
