fixed [MT] TADS video is blurry

I do not currently have a report open, as noted the way MT handles the shaders are slightly different. I will ask the team again if anything can be done about this.

It would be great if we could get a solution or at least an improvement for this.

Keep in mind this is a sample size of one, I'd like to see if any others that have been suffering from this are also able to solve it this way before drawing any conclusions.

For example, everyone in our group has this blurry picture in MT.
