bought the campaign and not option to install it

That campaign Requires DCS World version 2.8.3 …. Currently that means Openbeta. You will have to wait until the next update of DCS stable release.

I have openbeta. The MT one.

Oh, sorry, just assumed that you were on stable. Must be a bug then, open a support ticket they can give you a command line alternative to install it.

Hi Japo32, it happened the same to me with a different campaign. I opened a ticket and support sent me a .bat to force the download, in some 5-10 minutes after opening the ticket.

Basically:

DCS_updater install "CAMPAIGN_MODULE_NAME"

What was the solution?

Most likely, they gave him the details of using the command line to install it manually, without using the DCS GUI. It's what @splash said on his post.

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi, I had the same problem last week with a different campaign, try this from command line and from the bin directory:

DCS_updater install REFLECTED_SIMULATIONS_MOSQUITO_V_FOR_VICTORY_campaign

I hope it helps you, anyway it is best to let ED know this problem.

Regards,

Splash.
