yesterday, I was trying to record a jdam tutorial. I started in air and flew 10 min. after 10 min I noticed my hsi page didn't scale down or up, my hud was frozen, target ranges and coordinates all messed up. I encountered this bug a couple times on different versions also on a10, it happens in singleplayer.

trimmed video is in here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PqLHMmO-LIRw1VzmXP0qO1YpqcE2m8Vx/view?usp=share_link

Random failures are enabled in the mission. It could be you got victim of one of these failures.

are you sure ? it is unchecked in mission file?

Yes, it is turned on within the mission file. It can happen from time to time that despite it being unchecked in the mission settings and your game settings, that random failures are still enabled within the mission file itself. Annoying but easy  to check.

are you guys saying that in my uploaded mission file these settings are checked? because on my screen they are not checked. no random failure checked also in settings MISC page random failures uncheck and ''no force from mission, use mine'' setting is unchecked. my plane was client I wasn't able to reach these failure panel until i change it to player, i changed it and still no failure is checked. also opened mission-option file via notepad++ and     '' ["accidental_failures"] = false, ''

I'm not. The failures are enabled within the mission.lua file.

I'm not sure if that's enough. At the bottom of the mission.lua file you have an eternally long list with all failures possible, some set to true and some set to false. Setting everyone to false might solve the issue (maybe even deleting the whole failures segment? I'm not sure though).

The last alternative would be to redo the mission from scratch.

If you open your Miz with a zip unpacker and check the mission.lua using notepad++, you can see that below "failures" you have several of them set up as "enable = true".

What you can do is enable failures in that mission options menu and in this section we talked about disable them all.

You can also edit the lua file and add "false" to those enabled. This way you needn't redo it.

No, it's not unchecked.
Right column of checkboxes sets the state of the option.
Left column of checkboxes sets if mission should force the setting.
In your case most of left checkboxes are not checked, that means mission won't force settings and user setting are in play. If you have random failures turned on in your game options that's how it will work.
