Moonshine Posted April 29, 2023 Posted April 29, 2023 so, flew some bomb toss attacks, noticed that upon starting the pullup, the release cue on the ASL starts "jumping" up and down. is this supposed to happen or is this bugged? CCRP_Rel_cue_jumping2.trkCCRP_Rel_cue_jumping1.trk 6
=617= Evil Posted May 1, 2023 Posted May 1, 2023 Same thing happened to me yesterday; Haven't done toss bombing in a month or so but don't recall this before. Just posting so I can come back and post some tracks later today. In Thrust We Trust.
Chain_1 Posted May 1, 2023 Posted May 1, 2023 (edited) I noticed it in the last update or two as well. You're starting the toss right at the edge of the envelope and drifting in and out of it, based on what people are saying in another thread. If you wait a few potatoes after the max toss cue, or use a lower toss angle, you'll see it doesn't happen. Edited May 1, 2023 by Chain_1
Moonshine Posted May 1, 2023 Author Posted May 1, 2023 just tested again, this time waiting for the initial toss cue to disappear so i dont drop at the edge of the envelope. while the effect is significantly less, its still present. CCRP_Rel_cue_jumping3.trk 1

ED Team BIGNEWY Posted May 2, 2023 ED Team Posted May 2, 2023 Please note that you must fly the FPM much more closer to azimuth steering line, to far out and it will create problems. The jittering is being investigated thanks Forum rules - DCS Crashing?
