When I download this file, it´s only a compressed file. Do I need to manually create the folder?

You need to unpack it (like any other .zip liverie) and place it on the DCS savedgames Liveries folder. If you don´t have the folder you need to create it and name it exactly as it is in DCS core folder.

Check how is it created on my side:

About carrier ops: "The younger pilots are still quite capable of holding their heads forward against the forces. The older ones have been doing this too long and know better; sore necks make for poor sleep.'

Both ways work (mod manager/manually).
