DmitriKozlowsky Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 I , sadly, have lost control of my IHADS alignment. Its really off. Looking at C-17 at 200 meters away , it is almost a whole fuselage length off. Landing at night with IHADS is not safe.
probad Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 one would think you would have learned by now by the amount of times you've gotten as a reply to always post a trackfile any time you have a problem, because your descriptions of your problems are so incredibly vague as to be essentially useless for diagnosis. post a trackfile. in the meantime: ensure the NVS MODE 3 position switch left of your left knee is in the middle NORM position, not the forward FIXED position ensure your ihadss boresight was done correctly -- this means that your ihadss crosshair is in the center of the bullseye, not simply that the bullseye rings are centered. 2
