Feed tanks draining when going flat out at sea level.

I was being chased by an F16 today so I went flat out at sea level trying to escape. After a short while I got a "Fuel low" warning from betty. Strangely when I looked at the totalizer I had 17k lbs left. So I ignored the warning thinking that betty was screwing with me.

But after a short while my left engine flamed out. Maybe she wasn't joking. But no. I still had 10k lbs left.

However my left feed tank was empty. I did some testing and found that fuel consumption above 120k PPH(give or take) will eventually drain the feed tanks faster than the system can supply them.

Is this how it is supposed to be? I guess there's nothing to do about it I've just not seen it on any other module before.

seems so, the manual of the real F-15 says:

"The FUEL LOW caution
may come on with more than 1500 pounds of fuel
remaining if fuel transfer falls behind engine fuel
consumption because of transfer system failure or
sustained high speed afterburner usage."

Should've climb to take advantage of higher Mach and lower fuel flow thus not getting into high fuel consumption trouble.
