Mig-21 bis for LockOn

Hey Guys ! Im looking for a Polish (0.6), Croatian (0.8 ) and two Czech skins (1.0 & 1.1) for Beczl's MiG-21 !

I cannot find download link here, nor skins @ lockonfiles :( Can you help me ? :notworthy:

 

Beczl added these missing skins for MiG-21 (F-16A.skins) before he added the last Russian Metal Skin.

Funny i cant really find this skinpack on my HD. When i do, will upload them somwhere. If not, there is still an option of extracting them from LO on my HD. Will be in touch.

Dont know what happened with Beczl. Heard he had some hardware problem, but dont know if he will come back to making LO models. Shame really as his work was really top quality.

Try to search this : Mig21_1.cdds or Mig21_2.cdds

 

or search in LockOn folders this words: Czech or Czech1 or Czech2 or Arctic or Croatian mainly in .xml and in .skins files TY :notworthy: or search the new MiG-21 skins (.bmp) in TempTextures Folder(s)

 

 

Beczl default (first) skins got this name: Mig21.cdds

 

Mig21_3.cdds > Russian No.61 Brown+Green Camo skin

 

Mig21_4.cdds > Russian No.83 Metal (silver) skin

Wrong model coordinate origin point. Mig-21 float over the ramp

 

Correct. That's why i wrote WIP + ADDON.

We want to keep ALL aircrafts ingame.

Our job could be easier if we should not prepare a new flightmodel and position.

changing/overwrite to F-16A could be simple but isn't our profile :smilewink:

Go and check, there is different F-16A for USAF and diffrent for europeans. I might be wrong, but in RL USAF does'nt use "A" version anymore. For me its a simple choice ;)

Yes european Falcon is a F-16MLU (with dragchute). MiG-21bis mod (IIRC) replaces US F-16A model only!

Well i have not played FC1 for 3 years so correct me if i am wrong but if you change model from F-16A to MiG-21 in FC1 with Beczl's Mod you lost ALL F-16A not only USAF F-16A but Norwegian, Dutch, Danish, Belgian too :(

As i see in Beczl's edited MEinit.xml ALL F-16A deleted except the USAF F-16A.

Norway, The Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium has got only C-130.

I guess the best plane to replace mig-21 with is Su-14 I guess they have much closed flight characteristics than F-16A.

 

There is no su-14. Besides, even if you mean su-17, its not as agile as mig-21. True, that pipe does not turn as tight as f-16, but power to weight ratio is similiar. I've heard opinion of polish su-22 (export version of su-17) pilots that this plane takes off only because earth is a sphere ;)

So, if HungaroJET will choosing the F-16A "slot" for Fishbed then he planing to make new FM too for MiG-21.

So Fishbed won't turn like a Falcon, i hope.

He also adds A2A missiles of Fishbed as new weapons so we do not need to "forget" A2A missiles of Mirage (which missiles was used for MiG-21) but this mod will not pass the "default" Integrity Check (i think it will be acceptable)

i would hav a question about the multiplayer, FC2,

i wanna host a server, and i dunno why but nobody can see my server online, in the lobby, why is that? how do i host?

btw firewall is off.

There are forums for that kind of issues ... maybe you havent installed the 1.2.1 patch ...
