normre14232 Posted October 30, 2023 Posted October 30, 2023 Ok guru's some, I'm at a loss. Since the 2.9 update, when selecting gear down with my bound controller switch nothing happens. The switch is functional and will bind no issue. The gear will raise on issue on takeoff. The gear will lower no issue, if the lever is accuated with a mouse click. Aircraft sustained no damage during the mission. Scenario last time it happened...takeoff from carrrier....flip switch...gear up. Fly mission. Return carrier...in the break...flip switch back down...nada. Use mouse on lever...gear down. Thoughts?? TIA

I'll just say my HOTAS bound gear toggle works fine. Does it work in controls page for you? Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria
bonesvf103 Posted October 31, 2023 Posted October 31, 2023 It works fine in my HOTAS too. What happens when you go to the controls page and then hit your HOTAS button? Does it jump right to the command in the list? If not, it might not be seeing that particular keystroke. Maybe clear it and then rebind it just to be sure. Also check to see if another key is blocking it, or an axis. I have a slider on my HOTAS that if I forget I have it on, it is constantly sending slider inputs and thus not allowing my, say, landing gear down input to go through. v6, boNes "Also, I would prefer a back seater over the extra gas any day. I have it bound to a lever in a a panel (joystick). Saludos again Edited October 31, 2023 by Sacarino111

normre14232 Posted November 2, 2023 Author Posted November 2, 2023 Thank you all for the replies. Turns out I can't read so well. I had the switch bound to "glance down" not "gear down".....oops(doh!!) 1 1
