fixed internally BF 109 K-4 Flaps flickering

Running 109 training missions on Stable and MT and I can see the flickering. I’ll try to upload logs and track later

I attach logs and track. The flaps are tested about t 600s.

Now I can indeed see it in the track above, while playing in latest OB and despite using only MT. That's the 1st time, though, haven't seen it in my own missions previously.

Could be something in the mission parameters that triggers it, like infamous ground controls reversal of MiG-15 caused by wind.

@vgilsoler @Raptorattacker Do you guys see it in no-wind missions as well?

@NineLine The thread is tagged as only ST, but the issue is reproduced in MT too. Is it updated in the report to the DEV team?

This is fixed internally now, it won't make the upcoming patch, but it should be in the next.
