Anyone know how to read the weather maps in the kneeboard?

I can make some educated guesses, but it would be neat to know how to read these accurately.

Here's info on the wind barbs, but no idea what the other stuff is. The numbers don't match with any baro pressure convention I'm familiar with, nor do they match compass direction of the wind barbs. They don't look like temperature either.
