Bowlek Posted January 28, 2024 Posted January 28, 2024 At certain airspeeds and power settings the upper intake louvers will flutter with the airflow. Would be nice to see that modeled. 9 __________________________________ Nunquam libertas gratior extat

SkateZilla Posted March 6, 2024 Posted March 6, 2024 Gonna have to double check, but I'm pretty sure it's airflow related, (in this case, wake from the camera plane. 1 Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 2700X @ 4.6Ghz, 32GB DDR4-3200 GSkill (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR x2), ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate, XFX RX6800XT Merc 310 (RX-68XTALFD9) 3x ASUS VS248HP + Oculus HMD, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS + MFDs
59th_Buncsi Posted March 6, 2024 Posted March 6, 2024 The upper intake louvers will flutter under certain circumstances. Like in knife flight, negative G load, or high alpha. I think in this case it was caused by the high alpha. Note, that also the leading edge flaps were in the out position. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
