I just want to remind you guys that if you find new bugs, please make bug reports on the Discord or in the bug forum here. If you only add this to your own todo list they might be missed by the guys handling bug feedback and reports.

If the bugs aren't reported absolutely. But just dumping that whole section over there isn't that helpful if the bugs in it are already reported. It's probably better if the guys who find them report them themselves.

I just don't want this thread to trick anyone into thinking that this is an official wish-list and bug report thread.

Be great if there was such a thing at this stage.  The F-14 is near completion, hence why the list is currently a manageable size.  We, the community, have no idea what bugs are currently known/not known to the Devs.  Hence why this thread organically came into being.

@Naquaii, a good point and I have updated our disclaimer below.  Thanks.

Just keep in mind that this is your list, not the one the devs use for tracking bugs so only having them here might mean that they are missed. In general it still applies that if you can't find the bug already reported it's probably not. And at this point it's probably the Discord bug reports that are the most up to date.

Wait, you have bug reports in two seperate locations?! 🤣🤪

You have bug reports in two seperate locations and one of them you acknowledge isn't even up to date?  I'm sorry, but how is that an efficient way of tracking anything?  I didn't even know about the second location (Discord) until today and I've been a part of this community for 15 years.  The F-14 is nearly finished, the list of outstanding bugs isn't as big as it once was.  At this stage you could pin a thread to the top of the forum, listing the known bugs.  The Wish/Bug list in this very thread could be used as a template. That way the whole community could see at a glance in one location.

That's because neither of those are bug trackers, so they can't not be up to date. It's two locations that allow the users to report bugs with the Discord one now being the most active as that's where most of the discussions now take place.

The tracker itself is internal to the team and not public.

Like I said, you're ofc free to do your own lists as long as it's clear that it's not official and that users understand that reporting bugs should be done mainly using the existing ways so that they're registered properly by us.

I think that the above link is the discord channel for entering feedbacks and bugs.

Not much traffic from you guys here. Any plans to ease on phantom phever and work on F-14?

btw: All my bugs have been reported on the forum. Did they get to your internal tracker we have no way to know.

All bugs reported are eventually entered into our tracker.

I don't know the exact timeline but the plan is ofc to get back to both the AJS-37 and F-14 and finish them up.

I am thinking to enter each item into discord one by one and will take a quite time since I need to test/verify or provide data (if needed) so that I can respond the request.

I will pick easy ones first.

I would argue that getting ACLS to work with FFB sticks would be something we could add to the wish-list.

Hi @JupiterJoe,  I found the bug (kind of new request) @ discord https://discord.com/channels/1071433028045377637/1101836396085395536 about the FFB stick with the Tomcat ACLS issue.... People were trying to work around and talking the FFB Tomcat driver?!  I am a newbie for FFB and hope the link can provide some information 🙂

I have logged the discord link in the thread one list for the bookkeeping purpose.

Let's hope the "AP dead zone" adjustment of the F-4 carries over to the F-14 as well

Hi @Lt_Jaeger is it "AFCS Breakout Deadzone" under "Special" for F-4E-45MC?

Hi @JupiterJoe, a quick question:

Under "Special" -> F-14, there is an option for the FFB implementation and I guess that option does not work, right?  Thanks.

Good morning Scommander2.  Thank you.  In the F-14 Special Menu I do have the 'Use FFB Trim Implementation' box selected.  I also have the Force Feedback box selected in the miscellaneous menu.  I'll try de-selecting Trim implementation and see if that allows ACLS to work...

EDIT:  It does!!  Thank you @scommander2  I'll update my bug report.

@JupiterJoe, thanks for the update and I will keep tracking the discord FFB thread for what kind of the FFB Tomcat driver they were talking about :-)
