DmitriKozlowsky Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 My nosewheel steering is on. When I am taking off or landing, the aircraft, once in high speed roll, above NWS speed, uncontrolably pulls to either left or right side. Running off the runway. NWS and rudder have no effect. Popping the brake parachute actually makes things worse. NWS automaticaly switches off above 40 KIAS ground speed, and switches on below 40. Between 40 and 100 where rudder begins to take effect, the aircraft pull to side without control. Full rudder and even opposite wheel brake do not arrest behavior. This problem is prominent in Nevada/Cold Start so there is no cross wind.

You have to go to your account and then attachments and delete some of the old attachments that you don't need anymore to free up some space for new attachments.

diamond26 Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 Unfortunately an excellent module like M2000 may become a victim of the ongoing RB-ED case MAIN SYSTEM SPECS: MSI PRO Z690-A WIFI DDR4, Intel Corei7-12700K @ 5.0, 64Gb RAM Kingston KF3600C18D4/16GX, EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING 12GB, Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1TB, Virpil T50CM3 Throttle, VKB Gunfighter MkIV Ultimate with 20cm extension, VKB T-Rudder MKIV, Quest Pro Laptop SPECS: Alienware X16 R2, Intel Core Ultra 9 185H, RTX 4090 mobile 16GB, 32GB LPDDR5X, 2TB Micron NVMe SOFTWARE: Microsoft Windows 11
DmitriKozlowsky Posted June 7, 2024 Author Posted June 7, 2024 In real world. Customer comes first. Case in point. Lockheed Electra. Electra had crashes due to wing separation. Lockheed enlisted help of Boeing and McDonell and CAB (precursor to FAA) to help find issue. Their competition and disagreements took a distant second to flight safety. In case of DCS, users come first. Mirage and other Razbam modules are released and being used by . ED+Razbam have a duty to update and maintain existing modules, regardless of disgreements. They have right to not release future modules. They even have a right to stop development on existing modules. But shipped version must be maintained for at least two years prior to module being declared legacy. 1
Volator Posted September 15, 2024 Posted September 15, 2024 Is this bug still present? 1./JG71 "Richthofen" - Seven Eleven
Aernov Posted September 15, 2024 Posted September 15, 2024 (edited) For me it is not present currently, nor was it ever present in the past. Maybe I missed the short period when it was there. Edited September 15, 2024 by Aernov 1
Volator Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 Just checked in 20kts crosswind. No problems, take-off and landing worked fine. 1./JG71 "Richthofen" - Seven Eleven
