To be honest, I didn't expect this issue to be turned into an adjustment. You're making DCS a pixel-to-pixel fight again... You've made the dots extremely small, and even as they disappeared, they continued to disappear. I described everything here:

Spotting dots - WIP - such an important thing as seeing your opponent, has been going on for the second year now. There were already external mods that could replace 2 years of your work, but they were deleted. The solution with large square dots was an embarrassment, now you are back to point zero. Congratulations. New maps, planes, amazing videos promoting new content. How to enjoy it? if the core of the fun is broken. Changes to the game engine only seem to bring no money. I spent a lot of money to be able to enjoy DCS, and lately the only thing I can offer is this bugged production that irritates me. Thank you for your support and passions, I'm leaving.

I can't describe how important these issue are for Cold War planes. It's the biggest turn off if you join the game and can't see a thing. It's ridiculous especially by work with GCI.

GCI -"Contact 1 o'clock over horizon, 10nm"
pilot -"No Joy"
-"1 o'clock 6nm"
-"No joy"
-"1 o'clock 3 nm ... you're about to cross in 3...2...1"
-"Tally!!!!"

and they both can't see each other, and it's DCS everyday issue, on every bigger MP server. Sad. Please make it a top priority.

Welcome to DCS . I used to love this sim hours and hours couldn't wait for the next module, now I just don't bother , I know the game engine is broken . No point buying content if you can't see anything . There are some serious questions over DCS . 

After all it's a game for the public .

Spotting in Real WWII is really bad now...just wait until the enemy is shooting you...and wave as you're going down...Com'on ED, you had a good spotting thing going, gameplay was great, then...then...then!!!! WTF!

I know this is reported as small dots, my issue is, I cannot see anything between 1.5 miles and 6 miles.  If I do spot something it is after it shoots or smoke comes out, other than that blind in this narrow band.

Spotting in VR is nonexistent. Impossible to play multiplayer. Only know when someone is there after you die.

Been away from this So called Sim for nearly two months came back and WOW ....!!!!! , VR is sooo bad now . I cant see anything and the enemy is right in front of me . CRAZY spotting now . SO BAD ..!!!! The WWII server is dead , sept-2024 .

Well done ED nice way to kill the player base . VR sucks . What have you done to make this so BAD , the shaders the overlayers , what have you done . !!!

They don't care about VR users . Save your money ,  I've been a DCS fan Boy for over 20 years . its got worst not better great on flat screen . But VR and its spotting is a big  mess .

Flying on populated servers with GCI is very frustrated. I fly and enjoy the view, Heat blur CW when:
- how many contacts around me in 10 nm range?
-8
-I don't see any.
-don't worry they can't see you either.
