recent oculus PTC update and DCS constantly crashes

was playing DCS with no problem until i just updated Nvidia graphics drivers to version 560.70 

can not get the game to start at all, after the launcher, the nvidia logo appears, it attempts to load, but crashes

Same, DDU nuked the drivers and installed an older release. So far, so good, (so what?).

Not tested 560 yet, so thanks for the info, you made me spare a lot of time. Every driver after 552 is causing me multiple issues (massive tearing, CTD's, etc..) with almost every program, I have a suspect: are they next to release the RTX 50 series?

Just tested and so far, so good as there are no problems on the new drivers for me.

I only run the multithreaded app not the normal one.

Someone on reddit suspects it's the oculus software in PTC. Have to check when I get home

Hi @hannibal. Two users recently fixed their issue with Oculus, here:

After reverting back to non public test channel on oculus link software,  dcs works again

PTC issue seems to happen when openXR toolkit is being used. 

We do have a report for it.
