fixed UH-60A does not fly off after the ON LAND seconds elapsed

Hi 

In this mission I am building the AI UH-60A is tasked to land (COMBAT) and ON LAND timer is set to 23 seconds. After that times it looks like some invisible force is holding the Blackhawk from flying off. Track attached.

I replayed this many times and the helo bounced like a rubber duck to the river nearby, then it submerged a bit and was then thrown into air when it continued along waypoints. That happened only one time just replying this mission several times

@BIGNEWY - I tested the same behavior with the default Caucasus map, and multiple helos, All behave the same. Combat landing task does not work as intended. 

They land, wait allotted time, have problems continuing their tasking.

There are similar reports in the forums for UH-60 and CH-47 but it affects all airframes I tested.

So I checked in our Dev build in the next release candidate and it worked fine, I did verify its not working in the release version so I am guessing its fixed internally. I will leave this open and you can report back after the next release either way. Thanks!
