not a bug ARC-210 Radios Change Channels Uncommanded

DCS 2.9.6, SP, Win 11, see track. Comm 1 initially on Ch 1, 127.5 mhz. Comm 2 on Ch 1, 264.00 mhz. Using comm menu ATC/Inbound call on Comm 1. ATC replies. BOTH radio channel indicators show incoming transmission delta symbol. Comm 1 scratchpad shows MANUAL channel input symbol (M), and reverts to CH 1 indication (1) after ATC transmission completes. Comm 2 does uncommanded MANUAL channel selection to 127.5, which persists after incoming transmission. Quite annoying.

Without looking at the track as I'm not at my PC, "Easy Communications" is probably selected, or set ON, by the mission maker. Also if you have the new DCS launcher, it always defaults Easy Communications ON.

It's not set in the mission, but actually Launcher set Easy comms to on (Oh, FFS, ED!!!), and mission does not force its settings, so it's not mission setting but Habu's.

Ok ok,found it. Probably tha patch allowed easy comms, this explain some recent issues...thx

Side effect of the patch, but it's running the new launcher that's turning this on.  If you turn it off and don't run the launcher it will stay off.  If you run the launcher it will turn it back on every time.  Along with stick showing and mirrors on (or off, can't remember which).

Welcome to DCS, it’s been that way for years, it’s much worse now though with the bigger wait between patches.
