Civil Aircraft

I'd really like to find some short-haul aircraft such as the Dash 8-300 or the Embraer E190 which I can add to/ use with  the excellent CAM mod by cadnav.com.  I enjoy having some civilian traffic in my missions.  Please and thank you.

ED's An-26 Russian military transport is almost in same size and shape to DHC-8 Q300 or Fokker F27.
(ATR 42 is also similar size besides different main gears' structure.)

When someone will make and publish a skin template of An-26,
we will be able to draw its fake skins of DHC-8 / Fokker F27 / ATR operators.

It is absolutely ridiculous that we don't have some generic 737 or 747 asset in the game for scenarios.

On my own scenarios I solve the issue by employing any one of several nice User Mods, like this:

I know, and it is nice, but as long as using mods is a difficult task in DCS for a large group of people, I will have to skip.

umm ... not so satisfied results ...
Fokker 50 and F27's stabilizer is in standard position --- same to An-26 --- looking well similar.
DHC-8 and ATR are T-Tail style with high mounted stabilizer , a bit wrong feeling with An-26 ?

These look great Western, will be nice to have as civilian placeholders & very useful for civilian traffic, especially on the smaller airfields

I pretend the AN-26 is a Fokker 50 used by the ROCAF, but looking at if from the left side ruins the "illusion."

That's in my future plan.
Not soon.
I'm trying some improvements as the template in drawing new airlines' liveries.

I'll publish my Template after merge and clean-up some samples / guides layers ... 1 week ?

I leave An-26 once now, next historical or fake livery works will come after 6 or 12 months.
