reported some CDU KEY not working or misworking after patch 2.9.8.1107

After patch version 2.9.8.1107,

CDU KEY

'MARK' : working as SP key

'SP' : no response

'-' : no response

So, I can't Mark Current Position & Delete FPLN

Thanks for reporting this. The CDU keys and logics are still being worked on. Some items, like these, will be fixed in the near future.

I was just about to bring this up. The Mark and Direct To functions are very much desired … also MGRS

I was trying it last night and couldn’t get it to work. I tried on the CDU and MFD page.. I watched a video of creating flight plans and it seemed to work, but I tried the same thing and it didn’t. The video was pre- recent patch, so I wasn’t sure if maybe the patch broke it, like the mark button… If it is functional then we just chalk that up to skill issue on my end

I’ve been doing it through the cdu but remember you can’t just key in the coords and go you need to enter the spot you want to go to into the flight plan or acp list first. It’s also supposed to work for anything in the nav database by airport code etc but haven’t tried that part yet.

It worked pre patch. Have not flown since. Updating now

When entering a flight plan, use the Mark button. It only enters a blank space and not the aircraft current location.

I have the same result, I would like to know why myself. The tutorial I watched for navigation showed the "mark" button being pressed then the current coordinates populated fine.

As you can see from the replies above, there was a bug introduced with some keys in the CDU, including the "MARK" key and we're working on it.
