w.i.p Brocken: Cargo. Added ability to carry cargo internally for Mi-8, Mi-24P and UH-1H

There is no Option for Cargo in the refuel and rearm window for the Mi-8, Mi-24P and UH-1H.

it was added to the change log in error, it is not ready for public builds but hopefully soon.
