It's more along the lines of a 3d software texture update, the technique was different to the Leanders than it was with the Type 21's.

If you look at the difference, the Leanders are darker than the 21's.

Oh... I will scrap the Towed arrays, I will go for Batch's instead, still not found a decent Ikara missile housing, I might have to bastardise something to make those !

I do like the Sea Wolf/Exocet Batch. I don't mind the Towed array on the ship. But the one with it deployed sadly can't really be put to good use since there really is no sonar . I'll look for some pictures of the Sea Wolf/Exocet fit and see if they had the towed array fitted. My guess is they didn't and only 5 hull got the Sea Wolf/Exocet fit as far as I can tell

@Beldin, to make the Type 23 weapon appropriate for the 80s, presumably it’s just a LUA swap of Sea Ceptor to Sea Wolf? If so, can the two mods co-exist or would they conflict? Asking for my own learning as much as anything.

If you look in the core game SA assets shapes folder you should find a Sea Wolf edm. It does not have the booster fitted like the VLS Sea Wolf missile should but that's a minor detail.

I added two Sea Wolf equipped Type 23 ships to Admiral189s Type 23 Mod so yes it can be done. I'll send you the lua files to look at/use shortly

Masterpiece Oban.

So well done. Tested with some Argentinian Skyhawks bombing with snakeyes and works wonderfully, the main gun, the missiles, AAA, is so nice to be able to put together a credible RN Task Force now with the real ships from 1982.
