VampireNZ Posted February 8 Posted February 8 (edited) Just a few small bugs - regarding the ASI needle unpainted tail - in all ASI's of that era I have ever seen in RL or pictures, the tail is painted matte black for obvious reasons. Pics of Spitfire gauges/needles included for reference. ED may have referenced an aircraft with a replacement unpainted tail - all good. Any chance we could paint it? Also regarding the ASI face - firstly the wording is incorrect - it should say TENS of MPH, not TEMP of MPH. Also the face is very cluttered - if this was installed in the reference aircraft then all good, however I have also attached below an actual ASI pic from a Mosquito for ref. I have modified these two issues myself for now and placed the mod in the User Files section here - https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3343182/ Video of gauge in cockpit here - Edited February 9 by VampireNZ 2 Vampire
Terry Dactil Posted February 8 Posted February 8 Thanks for a great mod. (Sometimes little things can make a big improvement). 1
Nealius Posted September 7 Posted September 7 I have this mod installed in my Saved Games/Liveries folder but it doesn't work.

Yes, and there is only one option: "default." That option does not show the corrected indicator. Edited September 8 by Nealius
Terry Dactil Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Yeah - no luck with it in Saved Games but it works for me when I put it into the DCS directory. <DCS>......\Mods\aircraft\MosquitoFBMkVI\Liveries\Cockpit_MosquitoFBMkVI\default\
Nealius Posted September 10 Posted September 10 Looks like I had to change the name of the folder from "default" for it to work in Saved Games.

What name did you change it to? I would prefer to keep all my mods in 'Saved Games' and avoid any changes to the main program.
