I land on the SC, taxing to parking slot. When I want to launch again they will not remove te wheel chokes, even when I use the radio cmnds.

What can I do to have free wheels again ?

What goes up, must come down !

Sounds like you have new deck crew enabled. After you land follow the directors directions to park. That will flip you around. Click request launch on that menu. Salute, salute, salute.

When new dc is enabled you need to follow that new process.

Iirc page 50-ish if you grab the latest super carrier manual.

Have you tried this setting?
 
That should be temporary iirc. Typically the perma-blocks are from not following the new directors procedure, assuming they are enabled. Though that area does give you options to out right disable them(the new crew).

It's bugged. Sometimes they won't remove the chocks even after selecting launch from the parking menu and saluting multiple times. 
Single player or multi?

Theory going around for multi that whoever salutes first needs to taxi first, even if say number 3 gets thru all of his salutes before first saluter.
