Remastered- SEA livery tail numbers covering insignia.

I'm not sure of the correct placing of the tail numbers but I'm sure they shouldn't be coving the air combat command insignia.

This should get fixed with the next core update.

Air Force TO 1-1-4 specifies the serial will be placed 2/3 the height of the serial number block, above the bottom of the tail fin.

Here's what we'll get with the next update. It seems to be correct.

Still not correct, too high, the first zero should be no more than 2/3 it's own height above the bottom of the vertical stab where it mates to the fuselage.  The cut out colored drawing is correct, the in game model screenshot is more than the height of the 010 by almost a factor of 1.5.  That's an error double the regulation standard.
