5) G.Skill Trident Z5 Royal RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR 5 6400MHZ CL32

6) Lexar NM1090 Pro Gen 5 2TB (14000R/W)

7) Valkyrie V360 A-RGB AIO LOKI

8)Lian Li Edge Modular 1000W Gold Fully Modular Power Supply.

That case has been out for 2 weeks, so no reviews out yet. The predecessor had one decent review, but not more than that, so it seems like a rather niche case. I would personally go for something from an established brand with extremely good reviews by multiple reviewers, like the Fractal Design North (XL).

The power supply has a non-standard connector layout, which can make things a bit prettier, but you pay a premium for it, and can be a problem to reuse in a different case. I would personally prefer just a traditional power supply.

For the 9800X3D, I'd go with an air cooler, for better durability & fewer downtime, leakage and overheating risks. Of course, you may really prefer the looks of an AIO. The specced cooler has the same issue as the case. It's been released last month, with no proper reviews yet. However, just based on the price alone and how limited the heat is that comes off the CPU, you pay hundreds more for the build with pretty much no benefit other than looks.

I'd just go for a 6000CL30 DDR-kit, but since you have a builder, it's their responsibility to make sure the RAM is stable.

The TUF line are generally good GPU's.

The NVMe has one of the new PCIe 5 controllers, which is very good. I'd just get the 4 TB version, since you can never have enough storage.
