After completing self made AA mission I was going to land on carrier, and noticed, that the flight path marker went extremely to the left quite outside of the HUD. I had no damages, is this a bug, a feature, did I do something wrong? I really have no clue what was this about.  Only in NAV mode, when in AA mode, everything was centered.

No wind at all. I tried again with no wind and again - flying level and on route to next waypoint, HUD moved slightly left, waypoint marker up in compass was off to the right side. when moving pedals I could center everything, but this makes no sense because there was no wind. I do not understand this. Flew F18 for a long time and never had this issue.

Feel free to upload a short track so we can see better what's going on. There are too many details missing from your short explanation.

I try my best to produce a track file as soon as i'm back on computer. I did one last flight with f16 yesterday and everything was fine.

What I also noticed yesterday was that cockpit point of view (I fly in VR) in the hornet jumped slightly to the right or left from time to time so I had to recenter view a few times in flight, a problem that I have not had for ages (I use Quest 3, started with oculus Rift, where I had a lot of tracking problems)

Tracking is never perfect. I use 3 base stations and even that can move the default position around a bit - but in my case only by very little.

Hey, try displaying the control indicator overlay and checking that no controls are deflected by accident by another axis, e.g. left throttle also bind to rudder, or some button also adding right rudder trim whilst e.g. trimming nose up etc.
