Hello sirs :)

 

I present you my last realization which is entitled "Flying with the World"

 

I wanted to gather squadrons of the VFAT to try to show the another aspect of the VFAT.

Nice vid Ange, but the sound effects are too loud, IMO.

Keep them more subtle for such movies like that, they're not really "important" for formation videos like this one. :)

I just had to comment on it, since i played the video with some volume, and the jet sounds completely drowned out the music.

 

Other than that it was very good.

I second TheMoose, I thought the sound levels were perfect, had the volume that real jets do, it may be that it was to do with GA's sound setup.

I've got a 7.1 surround sound system. I know audio levels, and i've heard other comments about it as well.

 

The sound effects completely drowned out the music.

And its not about "how real jets sound".

Sure if you watch airshow movies, etc, the sound of the jet engines really kills the mic on the camera and everything else drowns out.

But if you're going to make movies, you can't follow this "approach" to audio.

 

And even IF the sound effects are supposed to "drown out" the other sounds, you have to edit it to sound that way, not just turn up the volume on the specific sound.

You are entitled to your opinion. However I still think this movie is a major accomplishment. Going about, getting the authority of so many squads and produce a piece of art as he did. Sounds and all.

Re listening to it. I don’t get the feeling that the sound effects are overdone. The Pink Floyd song was a nice touch. :thumbup:

 

Looking forward to your next movie Ange, keep it up. The transition and camera angles are superb...

I am satisfied that my video pleased you and I think that G.A are not going to delay amazing us with his(her,its) next video who I am sure of it will not last 30 seconds ;)

 

. I have him(it) to look second time and I find that sounds are realistic but can be not to share by all the community.

 

People like the big sounds and people do not like. I like big sounds and it is can be for it that my sounds are rather hardly. When 4 F18 make a passage (as in the video at the beginning of the video Blue Angels) I have difficulty in including a soft sound, I prefer to put one sounds hardly.

 

Here is! But I respect and I am satisfied that G.A made me this remark because G.A is very very very good all the same in the realization of videos and its opinion always counts.

 

And thank you TheMoosefor having to give your opinion motivates his(her,its) me a lot :);)
