*UPDATED TO V1.7!*

 

Another mod put together for your enjoyment, this time i've hunted around and pieced together a single .cdds skinpack for a bunch of some of the ugliest looking stock model jets/objects in lockon :D

 

******IMPORTANT! : PLEASE UNINSTALL PREVIOUS VERSIONS IF YOU'RE UPDATING TO A NEWER VERSION, OR SOME TEXTURES MAY NOT SHOW!*******

1024x1024 resolution detailed R-27 missile skins

 

10x F-14 Tomcat skins in 2048x2048 by Alexandra

 

E-2 Hawkeye 2048x2048 resolution skin

 

2048x2048 resolution KC-10 Skin by Flanker

 

6x Mirage2000 skins in 2048x2048 resolution

I believe all of those vehicles have been replaced with much nicer new models in FC2.0 and DCS by ED, those skins won't be required ;)

Hmm .... I will have to check that, I thought I remember it asking me if I want to replace the existing (smaller) file with the newer (larger) one.

Hi Mustang, first off thanks for all your hard work, unfortunately when I downloaded V1.3 the Aeroflot A-26 skin shows it's loaded but when I play the game it shows me the old metalic skin ...... any ideas please ??? all the rest of the skins are great and load perfectly

Remember the 346 Fire Fighters, Medics & Police who died on 9-11.......

 

Selective memory is a wonderful thing, especially when certain posts simply disappear into the ether never to be seen again, unless I have a copy of the original post copied and pasted into word documents and saved .... just in case :)

Am I an abusive idiot ?

No idea BrumTx, i've just double checked on my end, and the An-26 shows fine, wierd!

 

edit: if anyone else has downloaded my 1.3 pack, can they check this too please?
