Frazer
A bunch of photos I took on the Dutch "Open Dagen" this weekend. Taken with a Nikon D300 + 80-200mm f/2.8 (not quite enough zoom for airshows though). 4 Forum | Videos | DCS:BS Demo1 / Demo2 | YouTube Channel [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

MemphisBelle
@Falcon1906 too bad that you missed it. It was my first time in Netherland Luchtmachtdagen and I was pretty much impressed. But not only the feeling, sound and Athmosphere you can enjoy while beeing on such an event, it has also been the possibility to meet up with friends you know by Internet only. The (close) whole VF Team has meet up and seen each other and we also met up with the guys of the virtual turkish stars, Sawamura and Frazer. Thus it was an awesome weekend for me. @Frazer your images are looking awesome and I noticed that you got some shots which I´ve missed. Memphis BlackSharkDen | BSD Discord | DCS Tutorial Collection

Joe Kurr
Great shots Frazer! I particularly like the one showing the helicopter line-up after the airpower demo, looks very impressive. I'm still working through all my pictures, got three days worth :) Here are two, more will follow. 1. Belgian F-16 throwing flares against a very dark rain cloud 2. Frazer
Nice! I wish I could get that close ;) You got the Sigma 50-500mm right? Forum | Videos | DCS:BS Demo1 / Demo2 | YouTube Channel [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Joe Kurr
I had that lens once, but it got stolen :( Now I have the Sigma 150-500mm with optical stabilizer. It's great for fighter action shots, but too much for planes like the C-17. Dutch Flanker Display Team | LLTM 2010 Tiger Spirit Award

SSneg
Fantastic!!! If you live to fly again, it's a successful landing. The plane being able to fly again is just a bonus.

Joe Kurr
Some pics from Thursday, when most participants arrived and rehearsed. These two Spanish EF-18s were already there when I arrived 2. The newest aircraft in our fleet: C-130H reg G-988 3. The brand-new Belgian F-16 Solo Display looks really nice 4. Ali Oztürk putting his Acromach through its paces 5. Arrival of the French Alpha Jet 6. Belgian display pilot Michel Beulen practices his routine in the spare F-16 7. Tight turn of the C-17 8. Impressive sight 9. As close as it gets 10. Spanish EF-18 Solo Display prepares for take-off 11. Always a beautiful sight (and sound!): the Hawker Hunter 12.
