No, really, no. There is a very interesting, alternative and rather anarchic underground music scene in Rome you may be unaware of. Benson was a celebrated figure in these circles, and this was a performance, not an attack. These launches became routine, it was part of the show (you may note the fishnet for protection against bigger, bulkier objects), and honestly it was really hilarious. At times someone would exaggerate, it happens. It also happens when moshing, and that is a lot more dangerous, if you ask me. No arm was ever intended. Quite fun to be there, too. My dad was a drummer in a rock band back in the 60's and I started to play guitar but never really learned it. Now my son plays guitar and is really good at it. He is a great SRV fan (Stevie Ray Vaughan).
